We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Civil Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will oversee construction activities, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and according to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise construction activities on site.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Monitor project schedules and progress.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and HSE regulations.
• Prepare technical reports and project documentation.
• Support cost control and resource planning.
• Resolve engineering and site-related challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of project management practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification.
• Experience in large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6.
• Professional Engineering registration is an advantage.
